I have very fond memories of Tom. While I was living in San Francisco in 1967or 1966 Tom and I got together as he returned from Viet Nam. We had amazing conversation about the war and what we saw in the future.....Tom was such an easy guy to talk to. I am sorry he is gone.
A picture of a good friend Tom Mcelhone in my parent's basement working on my fathers lathe. Tom stayed at my apartment about a week in the 60's then I lost track of him until someone sent his obit to me a few weeks ago. Tom lived across the street from me when we went to OHHS. I remember helping him build his 53 Studebaker. We had a test drive on Indian Head Hwy one morning and went off the road doing over 100 MPH. We did a 360 and finally stopped heading in the wrong direction. I thought this guy is fearless or crazy. We had some great times together that I'll never forget.. Bob
