It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of one of our classmates and my dear friend since we were in the fourth grade, Bill Cunningham. He lived in Virginia but, because of his failing health, moved to Arizona in 2017 to be with his son. We still managed to see each other every year since I moved to Arizona in 1970.

Very sad to receive the news of Bill Cunningham's passing. Our friendship dated back to 8th Grade at Oxon Hill (Junior High), before the opening of John Hanson. I much appreciated his gentle spirit and authenticity. He was an easy person to relate to.
